Position Details

Role: Veterinary Receptionist (Client Service Representative)
Status: Full-time
Salary: $21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm or 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
  • Answer multi-line phones and respond to client inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate daily hospital communications
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Educate clients on hospital services and preventive care recommendations
  • Maintain an organized, welcoming reception area
  • Support veterinarians and the medical team through effective communication and coordination
  • Help create an exceptional experience for every client and patient

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

  • Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, boarding facility, or humane society preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
